I do not require a doctor's referral to see you. However, if you are covered by insurance, some insurances require a doctor's note in order to process your claim. Please verify with your insurance company whether you require a doctor's referral.
Payment:
We accept cash or e-transfer paid at the end of each visit. You can also pay with a credit card on file, through Jane (our appointment booking website). A receipt will be issued for reimbursement by extended health insurance plans or for tax purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation and patients will be charged in full for late cancellations.
